Ops & HR Assistant

Job purpose
Roles and responsibilities
  • Assist in managing full spectrum of HR & Admin support functions
  • Assist in complete recruitment process (ie. advertising, shortlisting and coordinating interviews)
  • Perform on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Prepare all HR related letters, memos, notices and office announcements to all employees
  • Handles employee enquiries on HR Matters
  • Facilitate performance appraisals and employee surveys 
  • Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
  • Support talent management/performance and retention programmes
  • Work closely with the HR Executive to ensure smooth operations in the Human Resource Department 
  • Take charge of functional activities for the India office, which includes:
  • - Office facilities and equipment management
  • - Support on office event coordination
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Skills and experience required
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
  • Meticulous, organised and possessing a good team player spirit will be essential traits for this role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
