- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech company
- Experience with using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates across all functions (tech, non-tech)
- Relentless drive to source, connect and network with strong talents
- Persuasive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
