  • You will work with a diverse team of former investment bankers, strategy consultants and business owners in developing, monitoring and improving products to facilitate the activity of private investing

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and future investors
    • Analyse and optimise the use of proprietary data to drive investor targeting and engagement activities
    • Perform lead generation and build Fundnel’s network of investors regionally --- PE/VC funds, corporate funds, family offices, external asset managers, high net worth angel investors
    • Drive deal syndication efforts by engaging with the existing network of investors to discuss active deals
    • Continuously track investor engagement activities and aid in the conversion of investor leads
    • Assist in any aspect of the deal process and provide any operational support as required including liaising with legal and compliance counterparts
    • Gain an understanding of, and familiarity with, the investment process, including due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of transactions
    • Assist in and attend to general business development, marketing, networking and events
  • Assist and develop all marketing and communications strategies in Jakarta for the firm
    • Internal and external stakeholder communications
    • Work with each business unit (BU) to achieve communications objectives including sign ups, engagement, participation and investment
    • Develop innovative methods to engage existing user base
    • Grow user base which includes investors and business owners
  • Collaborate with product team to deliver a cohesive platform experience (
    • Write, publish and edit all web-based written content to be featured on
    • Develop in-house marketing content (including articles, bylines, white papers) together with relevant BUs to produce retail-facing content
    • Support the product team with relevant copy for all published pages

Skills & Experience Required

  • Ability to network and build meaningful relationships with sophisticated investors
  • Strong at company and industry research, financial analysis and client pitches
  • Strong business sense and knowledge of the start-up ecosystem
  • Infinite energy and drive to succeed
  • Experience and/or interest in startups and private investments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and using LinkedIn
