Your application will be evaluated using DealTrack, our proprietary deal screening platform. DealTrack harnesses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to analyse >1,500,000 data points across 50 parameters and sub-parameters per company. This means we’ll be able to gain a deep understanding of your company before we move on to the next step.
You will be required to sign an Engagement Letter to formalise the arrangement.
You will then be requested to submit documents for business due diligence and Know-Your-Customer processes, as dictated by regulatory requirements.
Your campaign will be presented at a deal roundtable — comprising seasoned investment professionals, marketing, legal and compliance representatives — for discussion, before we put together a comprehensive deal information pack.
Once you have reviewed the deal information pack, the deal will be scheduled for launch. The launch could be online or offline and/or made accessible to a predetermined group of investors.
Lead investor
As part of our dedication to maximise the deal syndication efforts, you will be asked to indicate your preference for a lead investor.
Once a lead investor has been secured, he/she or an entity will set the terms of an anchor investment and determine the valuation, pricing, and key terms, before we search for suitable follow-on investors.
