As Growth Lead, Eunice accelerates omnichannel customer growth for Fundnel by building growth marketing strategies related to demand generation, product marketing for investor and fundraiser activation and expansion, working closely with Marketing, Product, Design, Data and Technology teams to achieve Fundnel’s business goals. Eunice’s career spans marketing and user experience roles across corporate and startup environments. She most recently founded a fintech-focused growth marketing consultancy, working with early-stage fintech startup clients to set up their internal growth marketing engines to prepare for product launch, user acquisition and beyond. She advocates for gender equity in the workplace as co-chapter lead at Lean In Fintech Asia, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology, and a BA degree in psychology from the University of Melbourne.
I love solving challenges with a Left-Brain, Right-Brain approach — using quantitative and qualitative data to discover creative ways of coming up with and communicating effective solutions. Luckily for me, Growth Marketing makes full use of research, data, observation and creativity in achieving business goals.
What I've Learnt
I’ve learnt how to say no without saying no. It’s not painful if you think of it as an opportunity to learn more about what (and who) you wanted to say no to. Becoming a business owner opened my eyes to the challenges entrepreneurs face every day, and has made me a more empathetic growth leader. I believe diversity (of people and perspectives) is going to be a “killer app” for any business seeking success.
